Eco-Responsible Science Education to Meet Diverse Learning Needs
Pure Lab Collective was founded by brothers Chase and Austin Kantor. They built the first kit — Pure Water Lab — as part of a youth entrepreneurship program and have since produced 500 units, partnered with NYC H2O, and placed kits in Title I schools and nonprofits around the world. In 2026, they expanded the product line to PureCompost Lab & PureFarm Lab.
Every kit is designed with multi-sensory, visual-first instructions so that kids who struggle in traditional classrooms can do real science too. Equally important: sustainability is embedded in the materials themselves — FSC-certified paper, compostable packaging, and natural components.
